I hold a Masters Degree in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy (MA) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (PGDip), both of which are validated by the University of East London and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherpay (BACP).

I am a member of two professional bodies: a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP reg); and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred).

In addition to my private practice I am also on the teaching staff at the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust which runs high quality training programmes for counsellors and psychotherapists.

I have experience with a range of issues including: depression, self-esteem, anxiety & stress, addictions, bereavement, panic attacks, family & relationship concerns, career or life choices and questions of meaning and spirituality.
