I hold a Masters Degree in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy (MA) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (PGDip), both of which are validated by the University of East London and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherpay (BACP).
As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred) I have "achieved a substantial level of training and experience that has been approved by BACP." As a member I adhere to the ethical framework for good practice as set out by the BACP.
In addition to my private practice I am also on the teaching staff at the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust which runs high quality training programmes for counsellors and psychotherapists.
I have experience with a range of issues including: depression, self-esteem, anxiety & stress, addictions, bereavement, panic attacks, family & relationship concerns, career or life choices and questions of meaning and spirituality.
